Wellness Programs:  As we continue to expand, we prioritise the well-being and happiness of our team. We host mental and psychological health programs, workshops and seminars on stress management and personal development throughout the year. These initiatives reflect our commitment to supporting the overall well-being of our employees as they grow both personally and professionally.

Recognition: We are excited to introduce the "VIA Recognition Framework" (Values in Action) at Marval to reinforce our belief in recognising efforts. This framework empowers the recognition of behaviours, actions and outcomes that exemplify our core FORTE values. It encompasses a wide range of recognition, from daily peer-to-peer acknowledgment to monthly recognition from our business leaders. Days for Humanity: In order to facilitate Marval in making a meaningful impact, we provide each of our employees with several fully paid days per year to dedicate to volunteering for the causes they care about.
